The route and hotel choices are planned for your party. Personalizing the trip does not automatically make every excursion or transfer exclusive.
A private guide
Request a guide for particular activities and dates. We check availability and scope, then specify the service in your quote. A private guide does not by itself mean a private boat.
A private boat or transfer
If exclusive transport is a priority, tell us when you inquire. Vessel availability, capacity and the requested route need checking. Scheduled ferries and shared day trips remain shared unless a different service is confirmed.
Different interests within one group
Let us know if some travelers prefer land activities, snorkeling or more downtime. We can discuss alternatives and check whether separate plans fit the transport and timing. Bartolomé and other day excursions are included only when stated in your proposal.

Are your Galapagos private tours fully private?
That depends on the services you choose and what is available. Your proposal will identify private guiding, transport and excursions separately from any shared services, so you can decide before booking.
Can friends or an extended family request one proposal?
Yes. An organizer can send the group size, dates, preferred hotels and interests. We will use those details to develop a proposal for the party.
Can we join an existing group through this page?
This page is for people arranging a trip for their own party. If you are traveling alone and want shared excursions, visit our solo travel page or mention that preference in your inquiry.
How much does a private Galapagos tour cost?
The price depends on party size, room arrangements, dates and which services are exclusive. Request a quote for your group rather than multiplying a standard shared-service tour price by the number of travelers.
Can we customize the itinerary or stay longer?
Yes. The linked itineraries are starting points. We can discuss extra nights, different hotels and activity priorities, then check the logistics and availability for your dates.
