When you contact Galapagos Land Based Tours, we use the name, email and trip details you provide to answer your questions and prepare a tailored proposal. Optional details help us understand your plans. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or make a reservation.
How your inquiry reaches us
Our forms use Web3Forms to process your submission and forward it to info@galapagoslandbasedtours.com, our Zoho Mail inbox. Web3Forms may retain submissions according to its service settings and privacy policy. Email and WhatsApp links open the service you choose; their own privacy policies apply.
Live chat
Our live chat is provided by tawk.to. It processes the messages and contact details you choose to share, along with technical information such as pages visited and browser information, to operate the chat and help us respond. The chat service may use cookies or browser storage to maintain your conversation.
